- Natural materials such as wood, leather, and coated drinkware may engrave differently from piece to piece
These variations are considered normal and are not considered defects.

- Providing accurate spelling, dates, uploaded artwork, and shipping information
- Ensuring they have the rights or permission to use any logos, trademarks, or artwork submitted for customization
We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer during checkout or file upload.
