Refund policy

At Got Karied Away, each item is custom-made and personalized specifically for your order. Because of the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds on personalized or custom items unless there is an issue with the order.

Order Issues & Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund at our discretion depending on the situation.

Customization Errors

We create products based on the information provided at checkout. Please carefully review all names, dates, spelling, uploaded artwork, and customization details before submitting your order.

If an error was made during production on our end, we will work with you to make it right.

If incorrect information was submitted by the customer, refunds are typically not available. However, we may offer a discounted remake on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that time, production may already be in progress and cancellations may no longer be possible.

Shipping & Delivery

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, it is considered in the carrier’s possession and outside of our direct control.

We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier. However, if an issue arises, we will do our best to assist you in resolving it with the shipping provider.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, all sales are generally considered final unless otherwise stated.
